We are expecting nearly 3,000 to come to a sold out show with my friends MC Jin, Van Ness Wu, Sean from “JinuSean” Korea, Sherman Chung, & my boy Siwon Choi from “Super Junior” and myself throwing it down on Halloween for God’s glory…
Recently, in the last years there has been major problems with drug addictions, alcohol, violence and sexual immorality to the point city officials don’t know what to do in Hong Kong. We are holding this event to proclaim a message of freedom in Jesus Christ to set the many youth in Hong Kong free from these destructive addictions. My “Soldiers of Light” Jin, Van Ness, Sean, Sherman, Siwon and others will be not only performing, but sharing personal testimonies of how God has changed their lives for the better. I KNOW this is going to be more than an event, or concert, it’s going to be a straight on ENCOUNTER WITH GOD and HIS ANGELS setting every young person in that place free from darkness by the power of His LIGHT!!!

MC Hammer’s former right-hand man, Chinese-American Jaeson Ma, has become what has to to be the world’s most prominent Asian hip-hop pastor, travelling the globe and spreading the Christian word of God through music. His upcoming documentary, “1040,” explores the key role he believes Asia will play during the End Times.
Ma’s blog says, “The current global shifts (are) not only politically, economically, militaristically, but also spiritually in the Far East … Asia is the future and we must understand it’s leadership in God’s ultimate plan to bring the nations to His glory. Currently, Asia is experiencing the fastest growing movement of Christian expansion historically with over 40,000 people coming to Christ in East Asia mainland daily, the largest churches in the world residing in South Korea, the largest Muslim nation Indonesia is now possibly over 20% Christian.” [sic]
Meaning: the Messiah might just show up in Hong Kong. (Start thinking about what you’ll be wearing now!)
This version of my song “LOVE” was directed and compiled by Mike Jacinto. My friend randomly stumbled upon it on the web and was deeply moved after watching it and showed it to me. We got in touch with Mike and he told us after listening to the song he was inspired to make this video to show to others. He made it in 10 hours and it was his first time editing a video piece. I’m amazed, touched and inspired by God’s gift through him. This video really put “love into action” for me… the ending convicted me … What is LOVE? … love is an action, love is a movement, keep spreading the LOVE and this new video of LOVE to everyone you know… keep the loving coming everybody ><>
EAST WEEK #19 ~ “I LOVE MOM”
Some weeks ago, it was mother’s day and I had the chance to go back home and visit my beloved mom. I can never thank God enough for giving me the best mom in the world! Of course, everyone has the right to call their mom, the best mom on the planet, because all mothers deserve to have that title with all that they do for us.
Where would each of us be without our mom? The world would be lost without mothers who take care of us, love us and make us who we are. I think many times, we don’t appreciate our mother’s for all that they are and do for us. For me, I feel so ashamed thinking back to when I was a teenager and how I rebelled against my mother. I used to make my mother cry almost every day because of my bad behavior. She gave me advice, but I didn’t listen. She served me sacrificially, but I didn’t appreciate it. She prayed for me daily, but I only ignored her more. It was my pride that didn’t allow me to listen and learn from her.

This Saturday night (10/10/09) I am going to be performing live my new single LOVE at FRESH 2009 opening up for David Crowder Band & my friend Pastor Francis Chan. Although I will be performing at this event, I believe it will be more than a event, it will be an ENCOUNTER with God. I am asking for all of you to pray that the thousands of students who will fill the LA Sports Arena from all over California that night would experience the manifest presence of God. Pray that this night would be a declaration of faith and allegiance to Christ over the universities of Southern California as college students from all over the LA region will gather to WORSHIP ONE GOD. To GIVE HIM GLORY. To UNITE TOGETHER. To STAND UP FOR TRUTH. To LOVE, LIVE and LET GOD be GOD in our generation. I pray that when I come on that stage you won’t see me, you won’t see David Crowder Band, you won’t see a man, but that YOU WILL SEE GOD and ENCOUNTER HIS GLORY…
