This Thanksgiving I want to thank God for giving me life. I want to thank my mother for having the courage to keep me and trust in God. I want to thank God for all my family, my close friends and every person that has been a part of my life. I want to thank God for every relationship given,. I want to thank God for the good and the bad that I’ve experienced in this life, no matter what everything can be made beautiful in the end. EAST WEEK #20 ~ WHEN ONE DOOR CLOSES IN LIFE, ANOTHER DOOR WILL OPEN

ONE DOOR CLOSES ANOTHER CAN OPEN

ONE DOOR CLOSES ANOTHER CAN OPEN

East Week #20 ~ “WHEN ONE DOOR CLOSES IN LIFE, ANOTHER DOOR WILL OPEN”

Helen Keller the famous American writer once said, When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.”

This quote could not be more true in my life, and I’m sure many others. As I’ve had time to reflect upon my life these past days, I’m happy to see where I’ve been, yet I am more happy to see where I am going. In the past, I used to always focus on what didn’t happen in my life, what should have been, or what could have been, thus leaving me discouraged. A lot of us, like me before, put so much of our focus everyday on pass failures. It could be failures in our relationships, our decisions, our career choices, or mistakes we have made which are we are not able to fix. Even though we know that we can’t change the past, we still dwell on it, letting it plague us like a virus that never leaves our mind and emotions. But, if we always focus on the past doors that have closed, we will become blind to the open doors and opportunities that may come our way.

MOVE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AT IHOP UNIVERSITY

IHOPU OUTPOURING OF THE SPIRIT

IHOPU OUTPOURING OF THE SPIRIT

As many of you know, I have been connected with the International House of Prayer for nearly 10 years. Their passion has always been obeying the Great Commandment in order to fulfill the Great Commission through night and day prayer & worship. I have been praying for God to move in Kansas City with revival and an in break of the Holy Spirit’s power for years… now it is happening. Historically, nearly every revival began with university students confessing sin, repenting and seeking God for spiritual awakening in their generation. I’m not surprised that it is happening once again, this time at IHOP University… I believe the faithfulness to night and day prayer for now 10 years at IHOP is being answered with a move of the Spirit that will release thousands of students around the world in missions… read below on how the outpouring happened… In fact, the Spirit broke in on my birthday 11/11 which has always been a prophetic number for spiritual awakening (John 11:11, Revelation 11:11) lets keep praying and expecting for more of God…

RISE OF KPOP – JMA & SIWON ON ALLKPOP.COM

www.allkpop.com

www.allkpop.com

There’s an article I just got word of on www.allkpop.com a popular Korean Pop Culture site about me and my fellow soldier of light… Siwon Choi (Super Junior) read here. Just fyi I have been mentoring and ministering to Korean pop artists & media executives in that industry for the last past year. I can’t necessarily get into details, but I realized that God had called me into this movement about a year ago ever since there was a rise of celebrity suicides in 2008.

I will share the entire encounter some other time of how God sent me into Korea pop culture to spread His love and light to those in this influential industry. For those of you who do not follow KPOP culture… it is quite an amazing phenomenon. I call Seoul, Korea the new Hollywood of Asia in this decade… in the 80′s you had Hong Kong canto pop culture, in the 90′s you had JPOP or Japanese Pop culture arise, but in the millennium… most definitely Korean Pop Culture has taken center stage in influencing popular youth culture across Asia. From Korean Dramas (those ones that your mom and sisters are addicted to and cry daily from watching) to KPOP music which in my opinion is the most progressive and of excellence in production. But what is most fascinating is the die hard fan following phenomenon of Koreans that I have witnessed. The FANS ARE CRAZY… I mean they really worship and idolize celebrities and artists to a whole new level… they follow on twitter, they buy tickets months in advance, they vote, follow, emulate and support their every move, action and lifestyle…
