The epic 1040 Spring Tour that started in April concluded last Saturday with an incredible screening at the Sa-Rang Community Church in Anaheim, CA, one of the largest Korean congregations in America. Over 600 people- students, young adults, parents, grandparents- joined 1040 and Jaeson Ma for a night of film, spirit-filled worship, and fervent prayers. Holy Spirit was present in the room- an incredible revival broke out as hundreds joined in prayers for Asia and for the hearts and minds of this generation. Many committed themselves to working and serving in the mission field of Asia. It was a perfect summation of the entire Spring Tour. We will be back this summer with a domestic tour, followed by an international tour of Asia in August. After that, stay tuned for our all-out fall college tour in September and October!!!

In this episode of 365 Days of LOVE TV, I decided to make a visit out to a photoshoot our company was doing for one of our endorsed golfers, Chris Kwon (www.chriskwongolf.com). Chris is a talented, up-and-coming Korean American golfer that’s going to make a splash! I’ve always been an avid fan of sports and I’m always excited to see Asian Americans following their dreams and making an impact!
It was almost lunch time and I know the photo crew didn’t have lunch, so I pick up a pack of sport drinks and some sandwiches with every intention of just delivering lunch. But I didn’t expect to have the opportunity to pray for Chris, who just injured his hand while practicing the previous day. What happened next was nothing short of a miracle!
Global Day of Prayer was started with the vision of South African businessman Graham Power to call all nations of the earth to gather for a day of repentance and prayer. One year ago, in May 2009, millions of Christians from around the world participated in this monumental event, with representatives from over 220 nations gathering in Hong Kong to pray for worldwide church unity and repentance. Jaeson Ma and the 1040 team were there, and they got a glimpse of the worldwide Christian movement that is now culminating in Asia.

Wow. These are just a few of the responses we’ve had from our recent 1040 Spring Tour and I am still blown away by what my team and I experienced in those nine days. Nine cities in nine days. Two countries, two weeks. Wow– I’m tired. I’m still traveling, but I’m EXCITED.
