Kingdom Come III is coming up July 11th.
This is not a church service for people, this is a service unto God. I want to exhort and encourage us to come with hearts ready to truly worship and seek God for God, nothing else. This coming together on 7/11 is not going to be about the music, about the message, but it’s going to be …for one thing and one thing only, to seek God for His kingdom to come to earth as it is in heaven. It is to hunger, thirst, and desperately seek the face of God in prayer & praise to see His glory manifest in Hollywood, Los Angeles and the world.
We continue to sense God’s stirring us to challenge our culture to not be of Hollywood culture, but of Kingdom culture. To not give into the consumer church mentality and attitude, but to stir a whole generation and movement in our city to truly hunger, pray, and seek God’s face in radical obedience. This is what Kingdom Come is about and we want to spread the Spirit’s fire wider with each one!
On July 11, 2010 we will be holding KINGDOM COME 3 …. a night where we gather as one church in the city of LA to worship, pray and seek the face of God to encounter His love. It is going to be a night of encounter with God’s presence as churches and missional communities gather from all over the LA land to go in the opposite spirit of 7/11 church “get in and get out” rather, we are not going to be seeker friendly, but we are going to be seeking hard after the pursuit of knowing God more in our generation… my man Caleb Lin will be leading praise & worship… I will give the message on “Experiencing God’s Affections” if you are in the Los Angeles… we will see you there, desperate, hungry and expectant for God to move as we turn this night club into a light club… COME NOW IS THE TIME TO WORSHIP!
It’s not about what God can do for us, but what can we do for Him? LETS LOVE ON JESUS!… this is the whole focus: JESUS
